on Friday

I took a little break but Friday i did a little pilates type stuff lunges legs lifts etc. not sure how long i did it but i am a little sore today. I will try some more of the pilates routines today to help keep up.

Alt walk/run 4.0/6.0 (couldnt do the whole lap at 6.0 after the first time) for 2 miles then walked 4.0 the rest.

Okay I am starting over.

So I am going to keep this as a journal in my weightloss journey.

Today i started an exercise regimen.

Treadmill. Alternated walk and run one lap 3 times(6 laps) walked 2+ more laps (toal distance 2.13). Total time 30 minutes.

Weight this morning :170.6
Height 5'6"
BMI 27.4

Plan is to exercise everyday my husband is home and at least one more time while he is away.
