Day three of four

Yeah after one day break(too many things got in the way of the workout)!

Total Time 30 minutes
Distance 2.26
Alt walk/run 4.0/6.0 (couldnt do the whole lap at 6.0 after the first time) for 2 miles then walked 4.0 the rest.

Weight 170.2
