I have an issue with my inner left thigh tendon area. Not sure if its just out of whack or what. Made it hard to run.

We had a horrible weekend. Everyone was ill and i just felt icky.

I took a little break but Friday i did a little pilates type stuff lunges legs lifts etc. not sure how long i did it but i am a little sore today. I will try some more of the pilates routines today to help keep up.

Okay I am starting over.

So I am going to keep this as a journal in my weightloss journey.

Today i started an exercise regimen.

Treadmill. Alternated walk and run one lap 3 times(6 laps) walked 2+ more laps (toal distance 2.13). Total time 30 minutes.

Height 5'6"
BMI 27.4

Plan is to exercise everyday my husband is home and at least one more time while he is away.
